Saksham is a 12 month Organizational Change Management (OCM) Programme designed for field-based NGOs by Dhwani Foundation . SUCHI has been enrolled in Saksham S2 TN Batch and regularly attending the capacity building programme .

Glory Vijayakumar, a graduate nurse from CMC Hospital Vellore, has been a dedicated full-time social worker since 1989. Associated with SUCHI from its inception1983 , she has devoted her career to community health, rural and tribal development, and the empowerment of marginalized communities. Holding a postgraduate degree in Sociology and a diploma in Women’s Studies, Glory is a driving force in organizational development and strategic planning. She has played a pivotal role in emergency crisis responses, including the 2004 Tsunami and COVID-19, collaborating closely with local governments, NGOs, and international partners. As a skilled trainer, mediator, and sought-after facilitator for funding agencies, she has educated health workers, NGO staff, and community leaders in community-based conflict resolution. Her impactful leadership has nurtured numerous women leaders and passionate field workers. Recognized for her exceptional contributions, Glory has received the Best Women Social Worker award, the District Best Literacy Programme award, and honors from the local Junior Chamber Club.28.03.2026
Rural Jobless women Ensured Livelihood promotion with the support of MfM Netherlands.
SUCHI has reached out to 50 Deserving rural jobless women to start their Small Rural Enterprise with the support of MfM , Netherlands. This support has to reach to another 50 women and in 3rd year all 100 women are involved in Sustainable livelihood through motivation and follow up by SUCHI and ensure that the women continue the business
